Community Service Leader’s Message – August 2011
Hello Jamul Chaparros,
It is almost time to start our 2011-2012 4-H club year.
There will be a Board Meeting on Thursday, Sept. 1st at 7PM at my house.
If you are a current board member or will be a new board member please make
every effort to attend this important planning session meeting.
Our first Unit Meeting for all returning members and potential new club members
will be Tuesday, Sept. 6th at 7PM at the Jamul Primary School in the
multi-purpose room.
Also, please take the time to create your Record Books. If you want to
earn your stars you will need to create the entire record book - a Personal
Development Report and Project Reports for each of your club projects. If
you just want to earn a membership stripe for last year you only need to create
your project reports. If you have any questions regarding the project
reports and personal development report, please call me, or send me an email at l_mbradley@hotmail.com
and put 4-H project report in the email subject line. I'll be happy to try
and help you out.
The following is a list of events that our club participated in this past year.
Use it as a reference for filling out your Record Book. The list doesn't
contain project meeting dates and the various dog or horse shows. I hope
this will help you to fill our your personal development report.
